The 14-track album hit gold in the Philippines just eight days after its release, with "Touch My Body" and "Bye bye" hugging radio and video charts nationwide. According to MCA Music exceutive Katheron Choy, they had shipped over 10,000 copies of the album as of press time.The highlight of the event was when local MCA Music artists started playing Mariah songs in their own respective versions, ala Mariah week on "American Idol." Local band Zoo fired off the night with their rendition of "Always be my baby," not unlike David Cook's version; Next was Miguel Escueta with a rock version of "We belong together." Newest member to the MCA Music family, it was Dianne Elise's first performance for the record label. She sang a powerful rendition of Mariah's latest single, "Bye bye."Alternative band Pedicab took the stage right after and performed "Heartbreaker;" Next cam Chicosai with "Breakdown."
